PayoffPilot does not collect any personal information, financial data, or usage analytics. The app operates entirely on your device without any data transmission to external servers.

Data Storage

All your financial data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Debt information (balances, interest rates, payment history)
• Personal financial profile (income, budget preferences)
• Payment schedules and calculations
• App preferences and settings

Your data never leaves your device.

What We Don't Do

PayoffPilot explicitly does NOT:

• Collect any personal information
• Track your location
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Share data with third parties
• Use advertising networks
• Require account creation
• Access your contacts or photos
• Connect to social media

Local Notifications

If you enable payment due date reminders:

• Notifications are scheduled locally on your device
• No data is sent to any server
• You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings
• Notifications may include debt names and payment amounts from your local data

PDF Exports

When you export payment schedules or debt summaries as PDF:

• PDFs are generated locally on your device
• No data is uploaded to any server
• You control where PDFs are shared (email, AirDrop, Files, etc.)
• We have no access to exported files

Data Security

Your data is protected through:

• Local encryption at rest using iOS security features
• No network transmission of sensitive data
• Face ID/Touch ID/Passcode protection (system level)
• Secure deletion when you reset app data

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data anytime within the app
• Export: Export payment schedules and summaries as PDF
• Delete: Permanently delete all data through Settings
• Control: No data leaves your device without your explicit action

In-App Purchases

PayoffPilot offers an optional one-time purchase ("PayoffPilot Pro") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store:

• Payment is handled by Apple — we never see or store your payment details
• No purchase is required to use the app's core features
• Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to your Apple Account

Third-Party Services

None. PayoffPilot does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data processors.

Children's Privacy

PayoffPilot does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for adults managing personal debt.

This Website

This website (getpayoffpilot.app) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. The PayoffPilot app itself does not track you.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Data persists as long as the app is installed
• Data is deleted when you uninstall the app
• You can manually delete all data through app Settings
• We retain no data on any servers
