The app won’t calculate my payoff schedule

Make sure you’ve:

  1. Added at least one debt.
  2. Set up your financial profile with your income and budget.
  3. Set a debt budget greater than your total minimum payments.

If your monthly budget is lower than your minimums, the app shows an error asking you to raise it. See getting started for where the profile lives.

I’m not getting payment reminders

Check these:

  1. The debt has a due date.
  2. iPhone Settings > PayoffPilot > Notifications is on, with Allow Notifications enabled.
  3. The due date is in the future. A date that has already passed won’t schedule a reminder.

Common questions

The app won't calculate my payoff schedule.

Check that you've added at least one debt, filled in your financial profile with income and budget, and set a debt budget that's greater than your total minimum payments. If the budget is too low, the app shows a message asking you to raise it.

I'm not getting payment reminders.

Reminders need a due date on the debt, notifications allowed in iPhone Settings under PayoffPilot, and a due date that is still in the future.
